We only process your personal details if you provide them to us by using our products/or services. We will not keep your personal details any longer than is strictly necessary to realize the goals for which they were collected. Silver Ocean Club will not sell your personal details to third parties and will only do so if this is necessary to fulfil our contract with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting information about website visitors who are under the age of 18. However, we can’t verify whether a visitor is over 18 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will delete this information immediately.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Every day we make sure that all orders are shipped as soon as possible. In doing so, we strive to ensure that you receive your order within 2 days. During the ordering process you will be informed in time about the shipping status. We use the online platform Sendcloud for shipping the orders. This allows us to select the fastest delivering party every day. You can find more information about Sendcloud here.
Our shipments are packed in special customized boxes. These boxes are tested to fall from 1.5 metres on each side. Unfortunately, it may happen that an order does not arrive in its original state. As soon as a postal worker notices this, it is automatically returned. If it is not noticed until the customer arrives, we will make sure that you will be sent a new box as soon as possible.

Age verification when ordering
When placing an order, we ask you to fill in your date of birth, which you must fill in truthfully. If you fill in an invalid date or you are not older than 18, we are forced to cancel the order.
Age verification on delivery
As soon as we ship your order, we make use of an identification requirement. This means that your identification will be checked by the deliverer when delivering your order. This checks whether the recipient is 18 years or older. Also when picking up your order at a pickup point, you must be able to identify yourself. It is no longer permitted to leave a package ach-ter in the garden or in a package box.
All our payments are done via Stripe. This allows us to guarantee that all payments are handled quickly and securely. More information about Stripe can be found here.
Credit / Debit Cards
Subscriptions are used with the Full Fridge Service. With this service, you will get your favorite Silver Ocean Seltzer delivered to your door every week or month. All you have to do is choose your favorite flavor combination, determine the quantity and choose the frequency. Payments are made automatically through PayPal or your credit card.
Finished with the subscription?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, without any notice period. Simply log in to your account and go to "My subscriptions".
